AT SOTA, we conducted a Myer Briggs Type Indicator instrument for the students to better understand their personality profile. By learning that, they have higher awareness about themselves and how they are as an individual and also learn how to interact with others based on their profile. By the end of the 4 day workshop, these students were well equipped to communicate effectively with one another for all the projects that they were handed to in that year. This helped them to be more productive as a team and to handle team dynamics much better. As a result, they produced better projects with lesser team friction.
